.1 Support piping on roof with an engineered prefabricated Pipe Hanger System designed for installation without roof penetrations, flashing or damage to the roofing material. The system shall consist of bases and made of high-density polypropylene plastics with UV protection. System shall be custom designed to fit piping and conduit to be installed and the actual conditions or service. Install using Pro Pipe Support system and Clamps. Follow manufacturers instructions to adhere supports to roof. Field fabricated wood supports will not be accepted.

2.1 Pipe Supports-Roof Mounted
.1 Supports for all roof mounted piping are to be engineered, pre-fabricated, manufactured units.
.2 Supports are to be constructed from high strength, high temperature nylon resin. Material is to be non-metallic and not susceptible to rot, corrosion, or breakdown from extreme environmental elements.
.3 Supports are to be one piece with pipe clamps. Supports are to be suitable and approved for installation on sloped shingle roof, sloped metal roof, flat build-up roof, bitumen roof and EPDM rubber roofing systems.
.4 Supports are to be single piece, manufactured units with large base and pipe clamp for even load distribution. Units are to be sized to suit pipe size and installed in a neat professional manner. Support system to come complete with manufactured extensions to adjust height as required to suit any surface, etc.
.5 Pipe supports to be "Pro Pipe" supports as manufactured by Pro Pipe Industries.
